Recommendations to save 32% of sales, to eliminate all overtime, halve head count, and reduce scrap.

Evaluations included internal billing, assignment of personnel costs, acceptance of used equipment, commissions structure, and inventory management. Recommendations expected to triple bottom line.

Reengineered the operations. This resulted in personnel changes and new job descriptions. Areas of evaluation were delivery, dispatch, garage, administrative areas, service, and marketing. Substantially increased use of computer system. Restructured chart of accounts and financial statements to better facilitate costing and analysis. Developed and implemented a budgeting process.
